Silver Jhola tote

This unique silver 'bling' jhola tote has been made with plastic that has been cut into strips and then woven as a yardage. The plastic is recycled from industrial waste and wrappers used in potato chips, chocolate and biscuit packaging. The handle of the bag uses desi-leather. 

A perfect example of the power of recycling and upcycling to create sustainable responsible item.

Spacious enough for an ipad, , your journal , waterbottle, your umbrella. It is also perfect to carry your books in your next book-haul , or just about carrying anything !

• Size in Cm :  length  X height:  40 cm X 35 cm with a strap length of 72 cms.

• Material : Recycled plastic from industrial waste and simple packaging items like biscuit and chocolate wrappers have been cut into strips and then woven into yardages. These yardages are shaped into bags.

• The jhola bag is lined with a block printed fabric. 

• The handle of the bag uses Ajrakh block print on thick cotton.

• The bag is in an open tote style, no zipper or closure.
